Manage Your Data – Deletion Policy

At DigitaBlue, we build automation-based services designed to help teams move from insight to action — faster and smarter. This includes tools like our Social Media Campaign Runner, Consulting Journeys, and surveys or diagnostics.

In compliance with GDPR and other data privacy laws, we offer full transparency about:

This page explains our current data deletion practices for each service.

Social Media Campaign Runner

We automatically delete most post- and campaign-related data 30 days after a campaign ends. This includes:

  • Scheduled and published post content

  • Campaign configurations (name, tone, dates, platforms)

  • AI-generated captions and summaries

  • Temporary social media tokens and access credentials

Some essential data like your login and company info is retained longer for account continuity, security, and analytics. You can request full deletion at any time.

Consulting Journeys, Surveys & Other Tools

For services like:

  • Consulting Journeys

  • Strategic diagnostics

  • Surveys and workshop outcomes

…we do not yet have automatic deletion in place. These materials are often used for reflection, collaboration, and follow-up.
